Services provided by VCElevate are billed at the agreed-upon rate specified in writing. Any additional charges will be communicated and mutually agreed upon in advance.
All fees for services rendered by VCElevate must be settled in full at the end of each month or term, as outlined in your application form.
Parent/guardians who choose to pay via direct debit must ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the fees due for each month or term. If there are insufficient funds, a dishonour fee may apply. A monthly or term-based statement will be emailed to the parent/guardians for their records.
For parent/guardians not utilizing direct debit, invoices will be sent via email with instructions for payment.
All lesson cancellations and reschedules must be requested through the official booking system. Please contact your assigned tutor directly to arrange any changes to scheduled sessions.
24-Hour Notice Requirement: Both cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full session fee will be charged regardless of whether the slot is filled.
Rescheduling Requirements: Rescheduled sessions will be coordinated between the student and their assigned tutor based on availability.
No-Shows: Students who do not attend a scheduled session without providing notice will be charged the full session fee and will not be entitled to a replacement session.
Emergencies: We understand that genuine emergencies occur. If you are unable to provide proper notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and VCElevate reserves the right to waive fees where appropriate.
Additionally, VCElevate reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if parent/guardians or students fail to meet the expectations outlined in these terms and conditions, including excessive no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
VCElevate is dedicated to academic achievement. Tutors prepare tailored lesson plans for students to follow throughout the term. These plans may include a structured study schedule, practice tests or exams, and assigned homework.
Parent/guardians and students are expected to follow the guidance and recommendations provided by VCElevate tutors. VCElevate assumes no responsibility for the student's school grades.
Additionally, VCElevate reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if parent/guardians or students fail to meet the expectations outlined in these terms and conditions.
Materials and resources provided by VCElevate are proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written permission from VCElevate.
By joining VCElevate, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.
VCElevate reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. In the case of significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a minimum of 7 days' notice before the new terms come into effect. The determination of what constitutes a significant change is at the discretion of VCElevate.
By continuing to use our services after the revised terms and conditions become effective, you agree to comply with the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms, either in part or in full, please contact us and discontinue using our services.
